In organized sports, people talk a lot about winning. Sure, winning is huge, but if that’s the only goal, students miss out on a priceless opportunity – to learn lessons that can last a lifetime. Show-Me Academy was born from the belief that whether you win or lose the match, the competition is an arena for personal growth, not just relentless pressure.
Show-Me Academy fosters an environment that builds strength of character, not just strength of body. Our participants know that betting on yourself is a bet you will never lose!
Our Staff and Volunteers
Show-Me Academy’s leadership team comprises a mix of professional coaches, support staff, and parent volunteers who are committed to the organization’s approach and mission. The Academy’s instructors bring a wealth of experience both as coaches and individual competitors.
The main coaching staff include Darrius Little, Head Wrestling Coach; Craig Powell, co-founder; and Cory Flashner, co-founder.
