ERIC DASILVA

Eric DaSilva is a black belt in jiu jitsu, having studied under Pedro Valente since 2005.  From 2011 on he directed the youth program at Valente Brothers Jiu Jitsu in Miami, FL, leading instruction, class formation, and child development.  In addition to the youth program, Eric also instructs several adult group classes as well as individual courses for students who are pursuing belt advancement and ultimately black belt status.  Eric has taught over 1,000 classes and is a black belt professor of jiu jitsu at Valente Brothers.

In addition to his work with Valente Brothers, Eric has provided instruction and training to all forms of law enforcement and special operations forces within the United States Military. When he is not teaching, Eric is the CEO of a luxury travel business that brings him all over the world.

For the past several years, Eric has worked alongside Coach Powell to develop the youth wrestling program and Show-Me Academy.
